How do I return an item?
We aim to deliver excellent customer service to you, therefore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new glasses.
In the unlikely event that you do not like the glasses that you order from us, we will give you a full refund (P&P charges are not refundable).
You may return, exchange or receive a refund on your glasses if you are unhappy with them for any reason, providing that the following conditions are met:
- You let us know within seven days after they have been dispatched that you would like to return them. Please email email@example.com stating the order number and the issues you have with your glasses.
- The returned glasses need to reach us within 14 days of our original dispatch date.
- All returns must be in their original condition and must be returned with all accessories (e.g. the case and cloth).
- We cannot be responsible for items lost in the post therefore we recommend you send them with some form of tracking.
None of the above affects your statutory rights.
