How will you use your specs?
At present, we only sell Single Vision Lenses, not Varifocals, therefore, we need to know what you intend to use the spectacles for. To help you please read the following:
Does your prescription have an ADD/Near Addition?
NO – your normal distance spectacles will be fine for reading & computer, therefore, you can select the “distance” intended use option even though you can use them for any distance. You don’t need to read question 2.
YES – You need different spectacles for reading compared to when looking at objects at a long distance (e.g. driving). You need to tell us what these spectacles are to be used for (e.g. distance or reading) so that we make them up to the correct prescription. Please read question 2.
Does your prescription have an INT ADD/Intermediate Addition?
NO – Your normal reading spectacles will allow you to see objects at intermediate distances e.g. a computer screen or Music Stand. You should select the “Near” intended use if you want glasses for near things or “Distance” option if you want glasses to see things far away. You don’t need to read the rest of this section.
YES – You need different spectacles for the Computer Screen (Intermediate) distance compared to when looking at objects at your reading (Near) distance. You need to tell us what these spectacles are going to be used for:
Distance e.g. TV, Driving, Walking Around glasses.
Intermediate e.g. computer screen, Music Stand
Near e.g. reading a book, iPad, Kindle.
